COVID SAFETY
We would like to keep you informed of some recent changes implemented at Blue Cross Pet Hospital during the COVID-19 outbreak. We will be open from 8:30am until 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9:00am until 4:00pm on Saturday until further notice.
We are requesting that anyone who has traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days (or is in close contact with someone who has), or has symptoms of coughing, sneezing, difficulty breathing, or fever please cancel their appointment. Our usual cancellation fee will be waived in these circumstances. As of December 22nd, 2021, we will not be permitting clients inside the building. All appointments will be done via telecommunication. This means you will drop your pet off at the front door at their pre-scheduled appointment time and your concerns will be discussed with a veterinarian over the phone. The door will remain locked to the general public, so all food and pharmaceutical orders can be picked up at the front door. These requests may take longer than usual due to global supply shortages. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition as we all strive to keep our community safe.

OUR SERVICES
We provide diagnostics, vaccinations, general check-ups, X-rays, dental procedures, and routine soft tissue surgeries. We also provide safe and effective flea and parasite control. We are a small hospital and this allows us to schedule extended appointment times so that we may provide comprehensive evaluations and thorough consultations with owners as needed.
